How does Blackout work?
Blackout is a semi-private personal training program done in a small group setting (6 or less people). Our completely customized training program is designed to align with your current fitness level and your goals.
Each semi-private personal training session is done in a small group of no more than 6 people with our elite training staff coaching members throughout.
How can I tell if Blackout is a good fit for me?
Blackout is NOT a cookie cutter program, boot camp or class. Each member has their own individual program. Our team is highly skilled in fitness programming and takes a scientific approach to designing every single training session. Before you start our program, and once per month thereafter, you will meet with your trainer one on one to discuss your goals, celebrate your successes and make any programming adjustments if needed.
Blackout is unique in that it provides the complete customization of a one-on-one training program and combines it with the camaraderie and community aspect of a group training environment. Since each session is designed for the individual, we're able to work with people of all fitness levels, regardless of injuries or limitations. You can work at your own pace and there's no pressure to keep up with the other members of the group or feel intimidated.
How do I know if Blackout is right for me?
Whether you are looking to gain stamina and strength, ease pain in specific areas, or looking to correct bad habits you've picked up over the years, we can help! Below are just a few more added benefits you will experience:
